Anchors

Each compensated piping line needs to be bounded by anchors. A compensator must be used between two anchors. The anchors capture back-pressure forces, the frictional force of the compensators and the frictional force of the guidance joints. The anchors are made in an all-plastic design (aggressive environment in the concrete block, vagabond currents, absolute water-resistance) and are impermeable. This means that in the event of an accident (pipe burst), moisture will be trapped between the two anchors and will not seep further into the system. Anchors are produced as straight up to an angle of max 20 degrees. Anchors with a higher angle of 20 degrees - 90 degrees are welded directly to the elbow.

Straight Anchor (standard)

An anchor that is made entirely of plastic on the outside and is particularly suitable for aggressive environments. The size of the concrete block is always indicated on the layout scheme. In overgrown terrain, the anchor must always be fixed using concrete.

Anchor in the elbow

Arm lengths are prescribed by the layout scheme. This is an anchor, also made of only plastic on the outside, suitable for aggressive environments. It serves to capture axial forces in the elbow.

Standard arm lengths

Up to DN 250 - 1.5 x 1.5 m (max. 2.5 m)
DN 250 to DN 600 - 2 x 2 m (max. 3 m)

If necessary, we are able to produce an atypical anchor.
