A steam system is most often used for long-distance steam distribution. Thanks to sandwich layers, pipe insulation ensures minimal heat loss. It circulates temperatures from 160 to 300 °C. It is a sliding system that dilates in bends into an ellipse or an axial compensator. Used for steam distribution, mostly for long-distance piping lines from heating plants to heat exchangers, this system can also be applied directly in cities for shorter distances.
